1. Service Usage

IPTV StreamX provides internet-based television streaming services (“Service”) allowing access to a variety of channels and content. By using our Service, you agree to use it strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions to IPTV StreamX services are offered on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Users must provide accurate and complete information when subscribing. Access to the Service will be granted upon successful subscription and payment. All subscription fees are due in advance and are non-transferable.

2.1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify IPTV StreamX immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing or distributing account credentials or subscription access.
• Attempting to hack, interfere, or disrupt the functioning of the Service.

• Engaging in any activity that infringes intellectual property rights or violates local, national, or international laws.
• Manipulating, modifying, or reverse-engineering the Service or related software.

4. Refund Policy

IPTV StreamX offers a 7-day refund policy from the date of subscription purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days and demonstrate that the Service was not working properly or that there were issues preventing access.

Refunds will not be issued for services where the issue was caused by user error, improper usage, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

IPTV StreamX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

IPTV StreamX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the Service or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
